Whiteman Park, with its vast picnic ground surrounded by beautiful natural bushland, is open to the public every day between 8.30am – 6.00pm.

During the day, the Park’s museums, shops and nature, play and heritage attractions open to offer our visitors even more to explore and enjoy.  You can find the individual opening hours and entry fees (where applicable) of each of these highlights in Things to Do.

After closing hours, the Park’s nocturnal wildlife is free to enjoy the very same parklands that you do during the day. For this reason, we ask that you depart promptly at our 6.00pm closing time.

Pick up a What's On events calendar from the Visitor Information Centre or explore our website for more details.
