Make use of Whiteman Park’s expansive recreation areas and get active!

At Whiteman Park, we have a multi-sport court located in the heart of the Village that caters for basketball, pickleball and tennis players and is free to use.

If you don’t have the right equipment for our sports courts, there’s no need to worry. You can borrow everything you need from the Visitor Information Centre; just bring your driver’s license or similar to leave as security for the loan.

We also have a cricket oval with concrete pitch and permanent stumps, located in the Mussel Pool picnic area. If you don’t have your own gear, we can provide bats and balls but please note that, for the safety of other picnickers, only soft (tennis) balls may be used within Whiteman Park.

For a more serious game, head to the cricket pitch at Mussel Pool East to make use of the permanent cricket pitch and stumps - tennis balls are still a must though.
